Judge declares Richmond pit bull dangerous

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)–We have a follow up about Ozzie, the Boston terrier that was attacked by a pit bull several weeks ago. Yesterday a judge ordered the pit bull be declared as vicious. The judge also ordered the owner to pay restitution .

St. Mary Parish unanimously decided to pass an ordinance regulating the ownership of pit bulls. The ordinance was proposed to address a growing problem in the parish.
